Once we understand your needs, we work wit you to develop a tailored treatment plan that includes:

Psychotherapy Goals – Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking relief from anxiety, or exploring deeper existential questions, your therapy will be structured around what matters most to you.

Guided Reflection & Active Engagement – We often provide pre-session exercises to help deepen self-awareness and make therapy more effective. These may include journaling prompts, self-assessments, or structured reflections to explore between sessions.

Practical Strategies – We help you build tools for real-life change, whether that means improving relationships, shifting thought patterns, or managing stress. Our approach is supportive and flexible, helping you explore new perspectives at your own pace.

Integration of Lifestyle Factors – Mental health is deeply connected to nutrition, movement, sleep, and habit formation. We help you develop small, sustainable changes that support your well-being.

Medication Management (If Needed) – If psychiatric medication may be beneficial, we take a measured, collaborative approach, ensuring that any treatment aligns with your personal goals and values.

Ketamine Treatment Options – If appropriate, we offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with a Wily Wellness provider or through a collaboration with Cathexis Psychedelics in Tucson. We also provide ketamine treatment sessions with a trained registered nurse in a safe and supportive setting.

3. Ongoing Review & Adaptation

Your treatment plan is a living document, not a fixed prescription. We regularly assess:

  • Are you feeling progress toward your goals?

  • Do we need to adjust our approach?

  • What’s working well, and what needs refinement?
